IJ2 does not clamp data values like IJ1

Description

After the release of beta1 in the imagej devel mailing list Justin Senseney reported:

In Beta1 of IJ2, if you open an image like Samples->Boats.gif and multiply by 5, or -5, you’ll see that the resulting intensities are wrapping around the maximum/minimum supported pixels. Another example, create a new 8-bit image of pixel intensity 255 and call Process->Math->Multiply: 1.1, the resulting value is 25. Auto-promotion of images would be useful, but for reference IJ1 just leaves at minimum/maximum intensity value supported in image as appropriate.
