Description
If you activate either the rectangle tool or the oval tool and right click a tiny dot is drawn on the screen. Not sure if this is an overlay or a drawing flaw. However you can zoom up to see its persistent. Determine what it is and eliminate it.

TO clarify, with the tool active, right click on the image. The context menu is shown (correct) but select a different tool without drawing anything and then look carefully to see the dot that was drawn on the image where the rght click had happened.
